"This combining of companies will not only increase our vendor base and customer pool, it will also provide us added service options for our existing clients to take advantage of," said USAmsi General Manager, Caleb Hardy. BAP Logistics brings with it core business offerings that will diversify the current USAmsi portfolio; which have strong potential to provide a stable framework for future growth.
Fueling this transition in large measure was the similarity of values both companies held independently of each other.
